Biography
John grew up in Casper, Wyoming, and has lived and worked in the Cowboy State for decades in a variety of diverse industries. He has worked in the oil and gas industry, and later, he and his wife owned and operated Bill Cody Ranch, where they revitalized a historic guest ranch in the scenic Wapiti Valley between Cody and Yellowstone National Park. John also worked as a real estate developer in and around Cody and has a strong, first-hand understanding of what makes local properties sustainable over the long term.
For the past two decades, John has worked in real estate, building his own firm from the ground up. Now leading the Cody office for 307 Premier Properties, he continues to focus on residential, ranch, commercial, and recreational properties of distinction and singular appeal. He also covers Powell, Meeteetse, and other communities in the Bighorn Basin, where the splendor of nature still reigns supreme.
In both his personal and professional life, John always strives to pursue a path of honesty, integrity, loyalty, and the highest level of ethical behavior. His clients know him as the guy who can get the plumber to show up over Labor Day or take you to the secret fishing spot where you’ll almost never see a tourist.
